Join me from the comfort of your own home for convenient, home workouts that are guided by me!
All workouts are 30-40 minutes and can be done On Demand when it is convenient for YOU- workouts are accessible via the Inspire Fitness app or website. You can also join workouts LIVE for added accountability.
When you join the Summer Shred private FB community you will get accountability & support from me and your new fitness friends! You'll connect with women just like you who are working towards similar goals.
You just need a handful of dummbells to do the workouts. You don't have to go to a gym to participate!
No experience with lifting? NO PROBLEM! I'll be offering a Beginner Track, so if you are brand new to lifting or if it has been quite some time since you have been active you can be successful in the Summer Shred, too!
